Volunteer With the Hounds
Youth sports are built on community, and the Naugatuck Hounds are
no different. Our program runs because of dedicated volunteers who believe in creating a positive, supportive environment for the kids in our town.
From coaches on the field to parents helping behind the scenes, every volunteer plays a role in shaping the experience our athletes have each season. When you volunteer with the Hounds, you are helping build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and pride in our community.
You don’t need years of experience to get involved. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to support the kids in our program.
Why Volunteer?

Volunteers help our program:

Volunteer Opportunities
There are many ways to get involved throughout the season. Some volunteers take on leadership roles with teams, while others help behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
Opportunities may include:

• Game Day Field Support
• Fundraising and Event Volunteers
• Photography or Content Creation
Some positions require background checks and certifications through our league. Our board will help guide volunteers through any required steps.
